Jeff Fletcher, Owner

Jeff has been in the Tidewater area for many years. While completing most of his Naval career here as an Aviation Warfare Specialist (P-3’s and S-3’s), he retired in 2001. Completing his degree in Workforce Education and Development, his last project in school led him to the LINE-X opportunity. Since 2002 he has developed his franchise to one of the top franchises in the network. Receiving the Corporate Century and Millennium awards in record time, Rookie of the year and numerous Best of the Beach awards throughout the years. While working for the Corporate office as a Regional Manager (2009-2011), supporting over 40 franchises in many aspects of their businesses, Jeff has returned to his shop to continue the excellence in workmanship and customer service with his daughter Melissa.

Melissa Fletcher, Office Manager

Although just starting out with her dad in the business, Melissa is responsible for much of the day to day operations at the store and supervises all that occurs in the daily business. From helping customers choose the specific accessories to installing those accessories, She has a hand in the entire process. She attended Kempsville High School but graduated in Phoenix, AZ in 2010 with honors. “If you have a coatings or accessory dilemma, come to LINE-X of Virginia Beach and we will help you solve it.”
